Pete Regan has spent his career bringing people together, solving complex problems, and delivering results. As a business executive, attorney, infrastructure leader, and longtime community volunteer, Pete understands both the challenges and opportunities facing Tulsa.
A graduate of Edison High School, Pete has deep roots in our city. He has worked alongside local businesses, transportation leaders, tribal partners, and community organizations to improve the quality of life for Oklahomans. From helping guide major infrastructure initiatives to supporting economic development efforts, Pete has built a career focused on service and solutions.
Pete knows Tulsa works best when people put aside politics and focus on getting things done. That’s the approach he’ll bring to the City Council.
Public safety remains one of the City’s most important responsibilities. Pete will work closely with law enforcement, first responders, and community partners to ensure Tulsa families feel safe in their homes and neighborhoods.
Pete has spent much of his professional career working on infrastructure and transportation issues. He understands what it takes to maintain roads, improve traffic flow, and make strategic investments that keep Tulsa moving forward.
Tulsa must approach homelessness with compassion, accountability, and common-sense solutions. Pete supports partnerships that connect individuals with the resources they need while protecting neighborhoods and public spaces.
Strong businesses create strong communities. Pete will advocate for policies that encourage investment, support entrepreneurs, and help Tulsa remain a place where businesses can thrive and create jobs.
City government has a responsibility to spend taxpayer dollars wisely. Pete believes in transparency, accountability, and making sure every dollar invested by the City delivers measurable value for Tulsa residents.
Throughout his career, Pete has worked with people from different backgrounds and perspectives to achieve meaningful results. He believes effective leadership is about listening, building consensus, and focusing on what is best for Tulsa.
